Do you take walk-ins?
Our studio is an appointment only, fully private studio. We do not take walk-ins of any kind, and do not allow walk in traffic. We pride ourselves in the privacy of our clients and do not want their session interrupted for any reason.
Do you do piercings?
We do not offer piercings of any kind at the studio. We recommend Lisa at Artistic Dermagraphics in Boardman, or Ben Moore at Twisted Metal in Austintown for all piercing needs.
Do you offer cover-ups/ reworks?
We no longer offer cover ups, or reworks of any kind of any work that was done by another artist. It is at the artists discretion if they choose to finish work that was started by another artist. We will do our best to recommend another better suited artist for your needs!
Do you offer permanent makeup?
We no longer offer permanent makeup of any kind at the studio. This includes touch up of any kind that is outside of the 1 year period. We recommend Brianna Krumpe at The Hive and Honies in Austintown Ohio for all permanent makeup.
Am I guaranteed an appointment once I fill out a form?
We experience a high volume of requests during each booking period. It is at the artists digression which tattoos they are willing to take on each booking period. Due to limited availably and having a private studio setting, we appreciate your understanding when it comes to scheduling. No appointment is guaranteed until the artist has agreed to the design/placement, price is discussed, and deposit is payed.
Do I need to have a full complete idea before submitting a form?
We believe it is always best to allow the artist to have creative range with your ideas. It is perfectly fine and preferred to give a general theme or idea and allow the artist to come up with a creative spin on it!
When will I see my finished design?
Tattoo designs are never prepared days/months in advance. Hope creates each design the morning of the tattoo appointment. The design is completed before and you will be shown the finished design before the start of your appointment. Anything needed adjusted will be done before starting. Hope will reach out to you prior to your appointment if there are any questions regarding design/placement.
How does pricing work?
Tattoo pricing varies and is based off size, location and detail. Larger work is priced based off of an estimate of the amount of full days to accomplish completion. Hourly rate is $200 an hour, and full day sessions are flat rated at $1,200 per day. Smaller work is priced per piece.
What happens with my deposit?
The full amount of deposit will be taken off of the total amount of the tattoo. In the case of multiple day bookings, one deposit will hold total days and be taken off of the last day scheduled. Deposit amount varies based on amount of time needed for appointment. In the event that the time of the tattoo is less than the scheduled time, the price will be deducted accordingly. In the event that a client has to end a full day session short for any reason, they would be responsible to pay the total full day amount. Clients do have the option to roll over deposits or to keep them on the books to book future appointments. Gift cards also may be used as a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and can be placed on a gift card if appointment is no longer wanted/needed.
Cancelation Policy
Any appointments that are canceled within a 24 hour period are subject to lose their original deposit, at artists discretion. All clients that no call, no show will result in forfeiting deposit and appointment and no further appointments may be booked without placing another deposit. Appointments that need rescheduled with an advanced notice will not result in losing deposit. Running 15 minutes late to an appointment without notification will result in loosing deposit and appointment for the day. We make sure that we are fully prepared ahead of time for each of our clients before the appointment starts, and respect your time so we appreciate the same in return. If multiple day sessions are booked and the client no calls, no shows or is running late without notice, all following appointments will be forfeited and no further appointments can be booked without placing another deposit.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are always available for purchase at the studio. We also run a gift card special each year the week before Christmas. We will promote the gift card special on our social media platforms.
Do you tattoo minors?
We do not tattoo minors at the studio. Each client must provide a photo ID the day of their appointment. It is also at the artists discretion to approve or deny tattoo placement requests.
