BOOKING PROCESS

How to Book:

We open the books twice a year and schedule in 6 month increments to accommodate a shorter wait period. We announce the opening date in advance on our social media platforms. All new and existing clients must fill out a new client form for all tattoo inquires. Please be patient with us in our response time to all inquires. Appointment availability is based on a first come, first serve basis and are not secured without placing a deposit.

Pricing/Deposits

Tattoo pricing varies and is based off size, location and detail. Larger work is priced based off of an estimate of the amount of full days to accomplish completion. 
Deposit amount varies based on amount of time needed for appointment. The full amount of deposit will be taken off of the total amount of the tattoo. In the case of multiple day bookings, one deposit will hold total days and be taken off of the last day scheduled. In the event that the time of the tattoo is less than the scheduled time, the price will be deducted accordingly.  In the event that a client has to end a full day session short for any reason, they would be responsible to pay the total full day amount. Clients do have the option to roll over deposits or to keep them on the books to book future appointments. Gift cards also may be used as a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and can be placed on a gift card if appointment is no longer wanted/needed. 

Cancelation/Late Policy

Any appointments that are canceled within a 24 hour period are subject to loose their original deposit, at artists discretion. All clients that no call, no show will result in forfeiting deposit and appointment and no further appointments may be booked without placing another deposit. Appointments that need rescheduled with an advanced notice will not result in loosing deposit. Running 15 minutes late to an appointment without notification will result in loosing deposit and appointment for the day.  We make sure that we are fully prepared ahead of time for each of our clients before the appointment starts, and respect your time so we appreciate the same in return. If multiple day sessions are booked and the client no calls, no shows or is running late without notice, all following appointments will be forfeited and no further appointments can be booked without placing another deposit. 

Cover-ups/Reworks

We no longer offer cover ups, or reworks of any kind of any work that was done by another artist. It is at the artists discretion if they choose to finish work that was started by another artist. We will do our best to recommend another better suited artist for your needs!
